“Bubbles”
the 1926 Bullnose Morris is known and loved by many, being the car that
started it all for Rye Classics in 1991. Now well into her
eighties, she deserves to be treated gently, so I limit the frequency
of her outings and keep her
fairly local. However, if you really like the look of her (or me,
because I will drive her personally) just ask me really nicely.

If you prefer to combine vintage charm with modern standards of comfort
and performance, then one of our pair of Beaufords might be just what
you are looking for.
The Beauford Replica
Vintage Tourer is based on a
pre-war
Duesenberg design, but benefits from modern mechanical components.
These cars are always exceptionally popular, so
please book early.

In
light ivory, this gorgeous Daimler DS420 Limousine is a
magnificent
sight it its own
right, or a perfect partner to the Rolls-Royce. Capable
of
seating up to 7 (plus driver), the occasional seats can be folded away
to accommodate a dress of regal proportions.
It is almost as
popular as
the Beaufords, and that is why we have recently added a second similar
car to the fleet. In metallic silver/blue, the later car was originally
supplied to royalty, and consequently enjoys an exceptionally high
specification.
|
For the last word in
luxury, our 1983 Rolls-Royce Silver Spirit features leather armchairs
that wouldn’t look out of place in a gentleman’s club, and carpets so
deep you could lose your slippers in them. We (somewhat smugly) reckon
it is the best of its kind in the area.
|
|
A welcome addition
to the fleet, this 1960 Austin Princess has recently undergone a
painstaking restoration to bring it up to its current beautiful
condition.

This 1966 MkX Jaguar
has been in my family since it was just four years old (it’s more a
part of the family than some of the family!).
The MkX was the
flagship
of the Jaguar range through- out the 1960s and, at nearly 17 feet long
and 6’4” wide, the largest standard Jaguar saloon ever made.
Beautifully finished
in leather and walnut, it
was described by the
contemporary press as the “ultimate in space, pace and grace”, and
you’ll have to go a long, long way to find one in better condition than
this.

|

|
For those who favour
a more modern style (or ideal in a supporting role to the MkX), our
1985 Series 3 Daimler Sovereign offers elegant and timeless styling,
combined with sumptuous levels of air-conditioned comfort. |

1958 Cadillac Fleetwood Sixty
Special. If you like chrome and fins, then this is the car for you. 18'
10" of American showmanship, you'll either love it or hate it, but
either way it's difficult to ignore.

Just one word of advice ...
Don't hire this car if you are shy!
